Outings are always a wonderful blend of enjoyment and learning. They play an important role in enhancing children’s social, emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Keeping this in mind, the students of Class A went for their first outing to Bamboo Resort on 6th March.
A total of 40 students, accompanied by 4 teachers and 3 ayaas, excitedly set out for the trip. The children were thrilled as they boarded the bus, looking forward to a day full of fun and new experiences. During the journey, the bus was filled with cheerful singing and laughter. The students were fascinated by the sights outside the window and kept pointing out interesting things they noticed along the way.
While crossing the Dhansiri River, Hezenketba excitedly pointed outside and said, “Miss, big river!” The children eagerly watched the flowing water as the bus passed over the bridge. A little later, Kekhriesinuo spotted a construction vehicle outside and excitedly exclaimed, “JCB!” The journey itself became an enjoyable learning experience as the students observed their surroundings with curiosity.
On reaching the resort, the students first went for a short walk to the bamboo area. They were amazed to see so many tall bamboo trees all around them. Looking at the beautiful grove, Nitili happily exclaimed, “Miss, so many bamboos!” The walk gave the children a chance to explore nature and notice the unique beauty of bamboo.
The resort also had a park where the children had a wonderful time playing. They climbed the bamboo house, explored the play area, and played different games together. The laughter and excitement of the children filled the surroundings as they enjoyed the outdoor space with their friends.
After spending time playing and exploring, the students sat together to enjoy their lunch. Sharing food and resting together made the moment even more special and helped strengthen the bond among classmates and teachers.
With hearts full of joy and many happy memories, the children finally prepared to return to school. The outing turned out to be a delightful experience for everyone. It was truly a fun-filled and memorable day, giving the students a chance to learn, explore nature, and enjoy time with their friends and teachers. The smiles on their faces showed how much they enjoyed their very first outing.
