Miss Esther Longkumer serves as the School Counsellor. She graduated from St. Mary’s College, Shillong and holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Martin Luther Christian University, Shillong.

Sir Limathung Ovung serves as the Office Assistant at Grace Academy and is a graduate of S.M. College, Dimapur. Alongside his administrative responsibilities, he has a strong passion for sports and actively teaches students physical education and sports activities, encouraging teamwork, discipline, and healthy habits.

Sir Raja Kumar Sahani, is an office assistant at Grace Academy, He holds a B.Com degree with Honours in Finance and Accounting, highlighting his strong academic foundation. Alongside his academic achievements, Mr. Sahani is also skilled in art and clay modeling, demonstrating remarkable talent as a sculptor. Some of his works have been acknowledged for their creativity and craftsmanship.
