On 28th February 2025, the Nursery Grace Toddlers set off on an exciting outing to Niathu Resort. The moment the children learned they would be traveling by bus to a faraway place, their excitement knew no bounds. They eagerly prepared for the day, bringing along their sunglasses, hats, lunch, and water bottles, ready for the adventure ahead.

Before the journey began, the teachers captured their excitement in pictures and videos—bright smiles, gleeful chatter, and a spark of curiosity in their eyes. As the bus rolled out, the children were wide-eyed with wonder, eagerly observing everything along the way. Some excitedly pointed out the things they saw—banana trees, rivers, autos, trucks, and big, beautiful houses.

Vivaan, spotting a banana tree, enthusiastically exclaimed, “Monkeys eat bananas!” Meanwhile, Ikana pointed out her green-painted house which was right beside the road to her teachers and friends, beaming with pride. The bus ride became even more interesting when an ambulance siren caught their attention. Curious, the children asked, “What is that sound?” The teacher patiently explained that it was an ambulance, which carries sick people to the hospital. Every little moment turned into a learning experience!

Finally, after an exciting ride filled with chatter and discoveries, they arrived at Niathu Resort. The moment they stepped into the park, their eyes lit up with excitement. But what caught their attention the most? The play area!

Without wasting a second, they rushed to the playground, each child eager to explore the play equipment. They had a blast on the spiral slide, tunnel slide, merry-go-round, see-saw, swings, and even the mini suspension bridge. While some enjoyed playing independently, others invited their friends to join them, laughing and cheering as they played together. Through this trip, they also grew closer as friends, holding hands, exploring different spots, and building strong bonds with their teachers and classmates. Some children reached out for support from teachers and caregivers when they needed help climbing, while others proudly showed their independence, excited to play all by themselves. After an energetic play session, the children were taken to a resting shed, where they sat down to relax for a few minutes. Once they had caught their breath, they set off on a leisurely walk around the park. Their eyes widened in amazement as they admired the beautiful flowers and the sparkling fountain.

One of the most intriguing sights of the day was a wooden sculpture of headhunters wearing skull necklaces. Asinuo was the first to notice and exclaimed, “Look, it’s a skeleton!” Immediately, a chorus of voices followed, all excitedly pointing and repeating, “Skeleton!” Their fascination didn’t stop there—they also got to see and touch a massive lion-shaped wooden table, marveling at its size and details.

This trip was truly memorable for the children. They had so much fun, learned new words, discovered fascinating things, and asked endless questions out of curiosity. They explored, experienced new surroundings, and created wonderful memories together.

As the day came to an end, the children bid a happy goodbye to Niathu Resort. On the way back to school, the excitement slowly faded into sleepy yawns—many of them, exhausted from all the fun, dozed off in the bus, their hearts full of joy.The trip was filled with laughter, adventure, and learning—a day they will cherish forever!
