The annual Quiz Competition for Class 4 was held on 18th October 2024 in the School Auditorium, aiming to foster a love for learning and promote healthy competition among students. The event covered various subjects, including English Reader, Grammar, Social Studies, Mathematics, Computer, Science, Hindi, and Art. This quiz provided an exciting platform for students to test their knowledge and skills through multiple challenging rounds, each assessing different academic areas and problem-solving abilities, encouraging teamwork and critical thinking. The session was conducted by quiz masters Miss Rongsenkala Imsong and Miss Neizope-u Koza.

The Class 4 quiz took place from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., with 16 students divided into 4 teams. The rounds included:

Quiz Buzz – covering English Reader and Grammar topics.
Art Attack – focusing on Art-related questions.
Tech Connect – involving computer-related activities.
Rapid Fire – assessing knowledge in Mathematics and Social Studies.
Hindi Gyan – engaging students in Hindi-based activities.
Fun with Sequence – a math-related challenge.
Science Trivia (Buzzer Round) – featuring Science questions in a fast-paced format.

The competition concluded with Team 1, comprising Punazulu Imsong, Lingugha Sumi, Rushanthung Ethan Ezung, and Freya Hatnunnem Hangshing from Class 4B, securing the 1st position.

Team 3, with Abigail D. Sangma, Jeremy Thong Seb, Niputo Assumi, and Livia Sumi from Class 4B, achieved 2nd place.

Team 4, consisting of Akeso Tep, Kivinoka A. Awomi, Kimnunnem Thomsong, and Livino Sumi from Class 4A, finished in 3rd place.

While Team 2, made up of Mharhoni Ezung, Akumtemjen Longkumer, Meshenhi Seb, and Vike Zhimo from Class 4A, came in 4th place.

The Class 4 Quiz Competition was a resounding success, offering students an opportunity to engage in friendly competition and deepen their understanding of multiple subjects. The structured rounds tested participants’ knowledge and skills across disciplines, fostering critical thinking, quick decision-making, and teamwork.
