How admission works

Three clear steps to get started.

Admissions are subject to eligibility and seat availability. An entrance test may be held if necessary.

Contact the school

Call the admission office or visit the campus to check availability for your child’s class.

Submit the documents

Complete the admission form and provide the required photographs and school records.

Confirm the seat

A seat is confirmed after document verification and fee payment within the time given by the school.

Before you apply

  • Birth certificate (photocopy)
  • Five passport-size photos of the student
  • Two passport-size photos of a parent or guardian
  • Latest marksheet and Transfer Certificate for Class B and above

Class timing

Nursery & Class A8:10 am–12:30 pm
Class B to Class 88:10 am–2:00 pm
Class 9 & 108:10 am–2:45 pm

Students should reach school between 7:50 am and 8:05 am.

School fees 2027

Choose a class group to see its annual instalments, books and monthly fee.

Monthly fee for every class: ₹3,400, paid in advance by the 10th of each month.

One-time admission fee for new students: ₹5,000.

Annual fees may also be paid in full at the time of admission.

Uniform is separate. School fees may be increased by up to 10% each year.

The school also provides free after-school coaching for students who wish to train for the opportunity to represent the school in various competitions.

Admission policy

How are seats allotted?

Admission is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to eligibility and seat availability. Buying the admission form or prospectus does not guarantee admission.

When is admission final?

Admission remains provisional until all required documents are verified. A seat is confirmed only after fee payment within the stipulated time; otherwise, it may be offered to the next applicant on the waiting list.

What documents are checked?

The school verifies the Birth Certificate, photographs, marksheet and Transfer Certificate where required. For Class B, provisional admission may be granted using the latest marksheet, subject to final submission of the marksheet and Transfer Certificate.

Can paid fees be refunded?

Fees once paid are not refundable.

What if information is incorrect?

Providing incorrect or forged information may lead to cancellation. Grace Academy reserves the right to make the final decision on admission.
