Report on Class 6 Quiz Competition – 2nd August, 2025
On 2nd August, 2025, a much-anticipated Quiz Competition was organized for Class 6 students, bringing together enthusiastic young minds from both sections for a selection round. Out of the entire batch, 16 students emerged successfully and were grouped into four teams for the main competition.
The quiz was designed to stimulate critical thinking and academic curiosity. The event unfolded with great enthusiasm and order, following a well-planned and structured format consisting of multiple engaging rounds.
The competition began on a spiritual note with an invocation, seeking God’s presence and blessings for a smooth and meaningful event. The serene moment set a reflective and focused tone for the competition ahead.
Each round was distinct, testing various skills like subject knowledge, memory, logic, creativity, and quick reflexes. Language League (English Reader),Visual Round: This round featured images,monuments , and great personalities, where participants had to identify, interpret, or relate them to topics from Social Science and Art. Quick Count (Math Round): Rapid mental math, tricky calculations, and logical puzzles kept the pressure high. Rapid Fire Round (Math and Science) It tested their quick recall on topics from all major subjects.This round brought the most excitement with cheers and claps from the audience. Hindi Gyaan: Focused on Hindi grammar, vocabulary, and literature. Tech Connect (Buzzer Round)

Special rounds were conducted for the audience. It ensured full engagement, and many students eagerly raised hands and gave smart answers. House points were given to audience winners.
The entire hall was filled with excitement and energy. The participants displayed team spirit, discipline, and a hunger to learn. The audience, including fellow students and teachers, remained actively engaged throughout, clapping and cheering for their classmates.
Each round saw a display of knowledge, presence of mind, and confidence. The competition remained fierce yet friendly till the very end.

First Runners-Up:
Hekhi Seb, Vivi Swu, Merangthong Jamir and Annie Lepcha Chetri.
Second Runners-Up:
Aaliya Praveen, Wonchithung Kithan, Suhemlong Gonmai and Kivinu Zhimomi.

All the winners were acknowledged and honored in a certificate distribution ceremony. They were awarded certificates, and their efforts were celebrated with a group photo session. The joy and pride on their faces captured the spirit of achievement.
The event concluded with a benediction, expressing gratitude to God for a smooth and successful competition. Words of encouragement were shared, appreciating the efforts of all participants, quizmasters, organizers, and the supportive faculty.
The quiz competition proved to be a resounding success, offering a platform for learning, teamwork, and fun. It reinforced the idea that learning goes beyond textbooks and that knowledge, when combined with curiosity and creativity, becomes a powerful tool.
